Crispy skin poussin on lemon & tarragon risotto with grilled asparagus & sherry jus. Cured pork belly on roasted kumara puree, apple & snow pea salad with sweet & sour jus. Pan fried Nelson scallops with crab fritters, micro celery leaves and apple cider buerre blanc. Now is a great time to book your Christmas and end of year functions.
